'It's a Journey' - first performed 17.01.23 at Farnham Maltings, Surrey. This is a segment from the short play she wrote for her dissertation during her final year of studies.

It is a verbatim piece of theatre that talks about real women's real life experiences - from relationships to walking in the street - entirely uncensored. Research was gathered from female presenting people all across her university campus.

This project is close to her heart because, even though the #metoo movement has created changes - particularly in the industry - she believes our society still needs to do better and her piece serves as an educational comment on why and also the importance of supporting one another.

Trigger warnings include: strong language, mentions of sexual harassment and sexual assault and descriptions of rape.

She plans to take this piece to the Brighton Fringe and continue spreading the message that herself, and her fellow female actors and friends, worked hard on.

Because our society still has a long way to go.
